I must say out of the 4 books I just loved that Sally could have her HEA..
I wasn't sure at first that I was going to like Arkenon and the way he was, then after reading about Sally's past life I understood it better and so felt for her!!
They have a rough road but do manage to make it together, and her new friend...Kalista. ..I can't wait to hear or read more about her....hint..hint..hint...hint....Sarah Marsh!!

Coalition Mates, 4 Surrender by Sarah Marsh has to be my favorite book in this series so far. Lots of action, adventure, but what really drew me to this one is the personal journey that Sally goes through. She has many facets to her personality and is a very vibrant character. One that you can admire as well as cheer for. She is the kind of character you would want in your corner. Loyal, sassy, fierce, and slightly vulnerable too. That softness makes her truly lovable.
Arkenon he is suppose to be professional in training Sally but for this fiercely private man it is hard when he wants the woman he is training. I love how he convinces Sally she wants him too. There are many layers to him that make him both Alpha and part geeky. I love that combination.
Over all this is a great addition to this amazing series. I would read them in order, I feel the tone and the storyline builds on itself over time. I love the world building in this one! So much to love. When you want a romantic scifi you can sink into this is the one to pick up.

Sarah Marsh Has Out Done Even Herself! She has delivered the finest in this series to date! This is her fourth book in her Coalition Mates Series!
I knew they would be good when I first seen them. But never in my wildest dreams could I have anticipated how great they would turn out to actually be!
Arkenon Quinn is the Guild Master on Sirus and has the final say on applicants to the Courtesan Guild...When Sally Owens applied he is smitten from his first glance! But Sally has issues that Arkenon needs her to confronts first. When he basically tricks her into agreeing to submitting to him for training, she has her hands full. Because she can't control him like the men from her past. Arkenon opens up a whole new world for Sally introducing her to the beauty of true submission.
Ms Marsh takes the reader on a trip through the halls of the Courtesan guild, teaching us the joys and trials involved with any D/s relationship. And lets us lay witness to the intensely hot scenes of men, women, and the groups they form as they explore the world of sensuality on Sirus.
Sarah Marsh is one of the leading talents in this genre and shows us time and again how thrilling a ride through the stars can be!

Sarah Marsh is the queen of Sci Fi Romance every book she brings out is more outstanding than the last I do not no how she does it but Miss Marsh is seriously talented so much so that the very opening lines too this book had me Hooked.

When she decides too let her hair down which takes all her courage, she ends up getting kidnapped and shipped out into outer space which was so NOT what she had in mind. If at all. But Sally is a survivor and she soon comes up with a great plan to thrive and adapt in this new world that has been thrust upon her.

However, when he meets the plucky firebrand who makes him wonder what beautiful Sally is all about, so what is a guy too do but mentor her even if it is against his better judgement. What he couldn't have or wouldn't have anticipated is how quickly this fascinating human would steal his very heart, Now he is pushed with a new dilemma something he’s never had to do ever...... chase a woman.

But will Sally’s painful past stop her from finding her forever with this amazing hulk of a man who is like no other that she has ever met or wanted to?

So this is book four of Coalition Mates and by far my favourite, well until the next book captures my heart ) as I said above from the first line of the book I was a goner see Miss Marsh has this poem that captured my full being and my heart, I have this poem pinned too my bedroom wall that's how much is resonated with me.

" Surrender me with words.
Inspire me with passion.
Blind me with longing.
Break me with need.

Bind me with Love."

Seriously this is a mighty start too an amazing book.

As the characters go Sally and Arkenon are one of the best too date I love the fiery interplay between them I adore the yin and yang the flow of how they come together.

Sally is independent yet quiet she is not the one too go out yet she comes out of her bubble for the night and well it doesn't go too plan and then some, so she is kidnapped and then rescued and on a different planet with different races.... yes it is mind boggling but rather amazing she takes it all in her stride and is rather confident about it all. she has so many qualities that I love about her and want everyone else too love as well.

Arkenon is a man and a half he has charisma and the looks too boot and the charm wowza just one look is enough too make you swoon and your panties drop too the ground. But as much as he has all this he has a complexity about him that no one but Sally can get see she crawls in too his heart little by little he never expected a tiny human too make him have so much feelings and emotions, he well is just not use too this after all look at who he is and the job he has, women come to him right??

My favourite part was the ending and yes some may seem it is weird but its where we meet these amazing three characters we see a glimpse of what there capable of and hints of the longing and the needs that they need too complete themselves, they have to have there own story " hears me begging the author"

Sarah Marsh is super talented an an author you have too read ... seriously you are missing out. Read All Her Books.

This book was as great a read as the other Coalition Mates. Sally's story was a really good one. I enjoyed every thing about the story. I hope that the author continues the stories. She a wonderful story teller.
I can't believe I forgot to write this I read this book for the second time today and realized I never filled this out This book is the fourth in a series and I really really wish she would write more the whole set of books are fantastic this particular one is no exception if you have not read the Coalition Mate series I highly recommend that you do Totally Wonderful
